The One-on-One Coaching Program features an ELI Assessment to identify your energy profile, followed by a debrief, and includes twelve 45-minute personalized coaching sessions. These components aim to empower you to define and achieve your goals
Energy Leadership Assessment
The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment is a tool designed to map out your distinctive energy profile. This assessment uncovers how your perceptions and attitudes shape your approach to life and work. Following this, you'll participate in a detailed debrief session, where we'll delve into your results, to examine how you view and interact with the world.
